Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Airline Commander: Flight Game (“the Game”), operated by Airline Commander Simulations LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use the Game, you must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You confirm your eligibility by using the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Use the Game for personal entertainment on supported devices
• Download updates and patches provided by us

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Game
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits
• Violate laws or third-party rights while using the Game

3. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases (aircraft, upgrades, or routes). These are processed by Google Play. We do not control pricing or refunds on their platform.

4. Account and Data

You are responsible for keeping your device and data secure. If cloud save or login features are enabled, you are also responsible for maintaining access to that account.

5. Advertisements

The Game may display non-personalized ads. We do not use personal information for ad targeting without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All Game content, graphics, code, sounds, and trademarks are owned or licensed by Airline Commander Simulations LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Game at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee it will always function perfectly or be free of bugs. Your use is at your own risk

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) in the previous 6 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Disputes shall be handled by the courts of Milan, Italy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
